Immunization Announcement

All students enrolled in Kindergarten and 6th grade must have an up-to date immunization record/physicals on file or turned in by August 23.  Sixth graders that have not turned 11 yet have 2 weeks after their birthday to do so.

State law requires that students without immunizations cannot attend school until they are up-to-date.  With our on-site school based clinics and our Health Services Department, we would be happy to help you with transportation or other needs.  Please contact us at 633-4455.

Changes to Infinite Campus

Students and Parents,

On April 5th, we made some changes to Infinite Campus.  As a result, there is a new address for everyone to use to access the Portal.  This new address is https://kyede7.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/letcher.jsp.  Also, if you use the Campus Portal App on your Smartphone or Tablet, you may need to take some action to get the App working again.  The first thing to try is to simply log out of the app and then log back in.  If your App was at the latest release, this should resolve the issue.  If this does not resolve the issue, then it may be necessary to delete the App completely from your device and then download it again from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.  Simply search for Campus Portal and install the App.  Now you will need to login to the app and set your preferences.  You do not need a district code now.  Simply search for Letcher County and then enter your username and password.  If you cannot remember your login information, you can e-mail Randy Bailey at randy.bailey@letcher.kyschools.us or call the Technology Office (606) 633-2120.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
