LKLP Head Start is a nationally recognized, curriculum-based preschool program designed to promote school readiness. We are excited to inform you that Letcher County Public Schools will be offering an enrichment camp this summer at Cowan Elementary for students who are currently enrolled in grades kindergarten through eighth grade. The camp will run from June 10-June 28, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily, with both breakfast and lunch provided. If you don’t have access to complete the online form, you can call your child’s school or Central Office and someone will assist you in filling out the form.

Any student - boys or girls- in grades 6, 7, and 8 who wish to play middle school soccer are asked to meet at the Whitesburg Middle School Football field to sign up and receive information. This is for any middle school student in the county. The meeting will take place on Monday, February 19th at 5:30pm.
