Tomorrow will be another high attendance day at Martha Jane Potter. If our attendance tomorrow is 92% or higher, we will have ice pops at break and a glow dance at the end of the day on Thursday. We hope to see all our cardinals at school as we continue to emphasize the importance of showing up every day!

After checking building temperatures, the forecast, and with our roof company, MJP will also release at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 29, 2024. We wanted to get this information out to our parents for planning purposes and we appreciate your support and patience while dealing with this project. We want to be cautious and proactive. We will be far enough along with the roof project, that it should not be an issue after this week. We will monitor it closely to ensure that our students have the best possible learning environment.

Good afternoon, Martha Jane Potter families! This is just a reminder that our school day begins at 7:45 am–-which means students are to be in class with instruction beginning at 7:45 am. If your student wishes to eat breakfast at the school, they should be dropped off by 7:30 in order to have time to get breakfast before class begins. The drop-off line tends to move the fastest between 7:15 and 7:25 am and we encourage you to arrive early to have plenty of time before dropping off. Students who arrive after 7:45 will be counted tardy. Thank you for helping us make the most of our 7 hours each day with students!
